Hello and thank you for visiting! It is my goal as your full service real estate company specializing in the Jacksonville, Ponte Vedra, and St. Augustine areas, to provide you with superior service at all times. My local expertise and extensive real estate experience will benefit you whether you are serious about buying or selling a home at this time, or are a returning client checking out the many homeowner resources I offer. Real estate is a crazy job with crazy hours! To be s successful agent you have to understand that and I do. I always keep my cell phone with me and return calls at all times. My clients are very important to me. In fact I have been known to camp out overnight in a parking lot just to get that special lot for an out of town client when it was released. Crazy but it worked! I work with all types of buyers – first time, investor, commercial or just a nice home for Fido and the kiddies. No job too big or too small. I have been involved in Real Estate my whole life. I grew up in Orlando and my parents were investors in real estate before the Disney craze. I moved to Jacksonville over 25 years ago and have either sold , invested , rehabbed or rented myself so I understand all perspectives of owning real estate. I am active in my community, though my kids sports; (I have 3 boys) football, basketball, soccer, and through my church. My favorite activity when not selling or yelling at sporting events is to coast on down one of the many creeks off the St Johns in my kayak. You get a whole new perspective on Florida that way, makes me realize what a beautiful area we live in and how we need to protect it. But that is another story……..I also enjoy tennis and skeet shooting. I am thinking of taking up golf but I am afraid of the “you can’t teach an old dog new tricks” thing. I do enjoy meeting you and hope to be able to help you in your quest to find a home here in Jacksonville. But more importantly I hope that you come to lover this place as much as I do – it is truly a great place to live!
